Financial Policy
At Tanner and Reichhold Orthodontics, we strive to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care possible. We have established the following 
as our financial policies:
- If the orthodontic fee is paid in full with cash or check at the onset of treatment, we offer a 3% discount.
- An interest free financial arrangement can be made through our office. Following an appropriate down payment, we will set up monthly payments for the balance of the orthodontic fee.
- An alternative to our "in office" financing is a no down option through Chase Health Advance with extended monthly payments. Click the button below to apply.
- We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
- All monthly payment plans are set up with electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your checking account or credit card.
We make every effort to tailor the financial arrangement to meet your needs in order to make orthodontic treatment accessible.
Insurance
If your insurance policy offers orthodontic coverage, we will help you determine the coverage available to you and make arrangements for payment of your account dependent on your insurance coverage. We are happy to help in any way in filing your claims and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
