Financial Policy

At Tanner and Reichhold Orthodontics, we strive to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care possible. We have established the following as our financial policies:

1. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a bookkeeping discount. Advance payment saves us time, expense in billing and carrying costs.
2. A financial arrangement can be made through our office to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. This arrangement is interest free.
3. Payments can be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. We also offer electronic funds transfer (EFT) which automatically debits your account on a monthly basis saving you time and postage.

We make every effort to tailor the financial arrangement to meet your needs in order to make orthodontic treatment accessible.

Insurance

If your insurance policy offers orthodontic coverage, we will help you determine the coverage available to you and make arrangements for payment of your account dependent on your insurance coverage. We are happy to help in any way in filing your claims and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
